Email or telephone with the document type, word count or page volume, language direction (e.g. Bosnian into English), purpose of the translation and any deadline imposed by a third party. -
Quotation & scope
You receive a written quotation covering fees, estimated schedule and certification level. Where reference material or house style exists, provide it at this stage to avoid rework. -
Confirmation & scheduling
Work commences upon written acceptance. For recurrent contracts, milestones and batch invoicing can be agreed in advance. -
Translation & quality review
The translator works into their strongest language variant (Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian or Montenegrin—or English). A second read is applied where volume or sensitivity warrants it. -
Delivery & certification
Final files are dispatched securely with the declaration or certification requested by your recipient institution. Corrections attributable to mistranslation are corrected without charge under the agreed terms.
